Something I say pretty regularly to my weight loss warriors when it comes to reaching your weight loss goal is - there will be set-backs, unexpected things that get in your way, holidays where you slightly over indulge and remember, life isn’t linear!
But I just wanted to put this out there, DON’T GIVE UP WHEN YOU’RE DOWN, whatever you’re tackling whether that be not enough fluid intake, exercise set-backs, negative self-thoughts, self-doubt or slipped back into “old eating habits”…rest, recover and breathe, then strap up your boots and take one more step.
It isn’t easy but the time will pass anyway, so I want you to look back and go “WOW! Look how far I have come!”, something I am honoured to hear from so many of the weight loss warriors I see in my virtual clinic.
